Can I change or cancel my Forcast order after purchase?
Once you have placed an order with Forcast, you can’t amend it. You can cancel an order, if it hasn’t yet been dispatched, by calling the Forcast head office or sending an email.
Can I change my delivery address after I place my Forcast order?
Yes, just send an email over to the customer services team with your order number and the amended delivery details to initiate the process.
How do I track my Forcast order?
You will receive a tracking number in your confirmation order, which you can bring to Australia post to track your purchase.

Standard delivery takes 1-5 business days for Australian addresses and costs $10. For all orders above $50, delivery is free.
For online purchases you have 30 days to return your order for a refund, provided you have filled out the invoice included in delivery and not worn, washed or used the items in any way.
